Hey folks, Shawn here with you today talking about a powerful tip to make your business work better. How do you use online content like this to do more? Those of you who have been following for some time watching our McBride for Business YouTube channel checking us out on the R. Shawn McBride Fans and Audiences pages see that we constantly put out tips about how to own, manage, control your business better and do great things. And we’re using tips from our years of experience and the years of experience of our successful clients. But how could you do even more than just absorb these great tips and make your business better?
What else can you do to propel your business forward? Well, one thing you can do is share these videos. Send them to your friends that are similarly situated. Let them know you’re thinking about them. Build that relationship, it’s a great way to keep in touch with folks. Say hey, here I was thinking of you. I know you were talking last week about this management challenge you have and here are some ideas for how you can get through it. It’s a wonderful way to deepen that relationship.
Another thing you can do with these videos is use them as discussion points. Build a group, talk about the challenges you’re having. A funny thing happens when you bring a lot of business owners together. You’re going to find out that you’re all having very similar issues. And when you come together, you can start talking about how to solve those issues, how to do more, and how to grow your businesses. You’re probably facing the same problems, you can work through it.
You could also use this as a way to create a group. Maybe you want to build a community around watching these tips. Watch the tips, talk about what you’re seeing, talk about how you’re going to implement it. A weekly call, coffee meeting once a week at a particular location could be a great way to propel things forward. So, think about how you can do more with the things you’re seeing.
