You’re a busy entrepreneur. You’re building a business. You’re changing things. You’re taking your business to the next level. Maybe you’re doing what we’ve talked about to help your company be bigger than you and stand the test of time. You deserve help; you don’t have to do this alone. You’re doing something big. If your business is adding value, growing the economy, and you’re focused on your unique skills and efforts and what you do particularly well. Then you need others involved doing what they do uniquely well. You can’t carry this banner on its own and do everything you need to do.
You deserve support, so build a team. Feel free to go out and hire people, get others involved, make things bigger, stretch yourself. You deserve the right to focus on what you’re great at. You deserve to have help to get you to the next level. Many entrepreneurs feel like they have to go it alone. I sometimes call this the “Superman Syndrome.” You don’t have to be Superman; you can go to the next level, get that support you need, and really crank things up. It’s what the world needs, it’s what the economy needs.
What’s been your experience with this? Have you struggled? What are you doing differently to make things better in the future? Join us in the comments below and let us know how you’re getting the support that you need involving your business.
