We talk a lot about empowerment. Empowering people and empowering employees. One of the key messages of The 3 Laws of Empowerment for High Growth Companies is that we can empower employees and we can do more. And empower employees that are following their dreams and doing the things they love. Not only will employees do more for themselves but they’ll do more for their employers and they’ll free you, the business owner, to do more of what you need to do to grow your business, to live your destiny.
So by empowering your employees, you’re actually empowering yourself. Let them be empowered. Let them take charge of projects. Let them do what they need to do to complete things and to feel like they’re making a difference. You in turn can then get more focused on servicing your customers, doing strategic projects, doing the various things that are going to grow your business. Empowering your employees is really empowering yourself and allowing you to do more.
