During the conference, Michael Port shared his thoughts on growth. He said that when you are going through growth, you are often pushing against the limit. You are often against an edge. You are often at your capacity. The key to growth, the key to breaking through to the next level, the key to being successful, is to push through to get over that edge, to get over that hump.
I believe that this is true because I have seen this in many businesses. Those that cower back and do what is easy rarely succeed. The ones that are successful are the ones that push. They push themselves to go to the next level. They find a way when things get difficult. Those that grow to greatness push through that edge. They get over that hump.
